Fennel, lemon and olive oil

Very simple dish, the lemony fennel will be your best partner for the parties in summer and the days on the beach.

Here are the steps to follow:

First of all thinly slice a medium size fennel, then add some olive oil, and finish by adding the juice od two lemons. Put some salt and pepper, and let the preparation on the fridge for 30 minuts.

I really like to enjoy this appetizer with some Mediterranean black olives and garlic…

Suggestion: always serve it fresh.
